Project Overview
The Vespa facility is a custom-designed industrial building developed on a highly complex site in Caledon, Ontario. From the outset, the project required extensive coordination with multiple governing bodies, including the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), the Region of Peel, and the Town of Caledon.
Wheelwright Group led a three-year pre-construction and approvals process, navigating regulatory requirements while working closely with the owner to ensure the building design met specific operational needs. The result is a purpose-built industrial facility that balances compliance, functionality, and long-term value.
This project was delivered under a cost-plus model with full transparency, allowing the owner to remain informed and confident at every stage of development.
