The Northern Wide Plank project involved a 10,000 sq. ft. manufacturing addition designed to expand production capacity while maintaining uninterrupted operations.​

One of the primary challenges was integrating a new, taller structure with an existing lower building. Wheelwright Group carefully coordinated the design and construction to seamlessly amalgamate both structures into a single, cohesive facility.​

Construction was completed without disrupting ongoing manufacturing activities, allowing the client to continue operations throughout the build. The expansion also introduced new drive-in access and truck dock facilities, supporting increased efficiency and future growth.
