Located in Barrie, Ontario, this project involved the development of two multi-tenant commercial buildings designed to operate independently while sharing a unified site strategy.

Wheelwright Group played a key role in negotiating the severance of the original lot, enabling the creation of two legally independent properties. This strategic approach allowed each building to be sold or leased separately, increasing flexibility and long-term value for the owner.

Each building was constructed using conventional methods and designed to support multiple tenants, with clear separation of units and services to ensure operational efficiency.
