Project Overview

190 Parr Blvd is a strategically designed multi-tenant industrial facility built to support both independent manufacturing operations and a customized owner-occupied space within one cohesive structure.

Wheelwright Group delivered a 51,000 square foot conventional build designed for flexibility and autonomy. The building was carefully divided to provide two fully independent manufacturing units, along with a third owner-occupied space tailored to specific operational and lifestyle needs.

From infrastructure planning to sound management, the project required thoughtful engineering to ensure each unit could operate independently without compromise.

Totally independent hydro and gas supply for each unit, allowing separate operations and long-term leasing flexibility

Custom owner-occupied unit featuring upstairs offices, a full kitchen, and a dedicated drive-in garage
