190 Parr Blvd is a strategically designed multi-tenant industrial facility built to support both independent manufacturing operations and a customized owner-occupied space within one cohesive structure.
Wheelwright Group delivered a 51,000 square foot conventional build designed for flexibility and autonomy. The building was carefully divided to provide two fully independent manufacturing units, along with a third owner-occupied space tailored to specific operational and lifestyle needs.
From infrastructure planning to sound management, the project required thoughtful engineering to ensure each unit could operate independently without compromise.
