Project Overview
150 Parr Blvd is a fully custom design-build manufacturing and warehouse facility developed to support large-scale industrial operations with efficiency and long-term flexibility in mind.
Wheelwright Group led the project from concept through completion, delivering a 160,000 square foot facility that integrates production, warehousing, and administrative functions under one cohesive structure. The building includes a two-storey office component seamlessly connected to the operational plant, ensuring coordination between management and floor operations.
The project required precise structural planning to accommodate oversized logistics and high electrical demand, resulting in a facility designed not just for today’s operations, but for sustained industrial growth.
